Assessed Values Online with Megabyte

The Kings County Assessor's Office has recently completed a conversion to the Megabyte Property Tax System.  As part of this conversion, we are pleased to announce the launch of a new online information portal.  You may now access online assessed values link below.

Access to Kings County Assessor ParcelQuest Website

Parcel Search: This search tool allows you to view parcel maps and property information. The current Assessor Parcel Map for your area and Secured Roll property values are available. The Secured Roll value is the assessed value used for tax purposes in the current fiscal year.

The Property Search tool will allow you to find a property by Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) or by street address. Some parcels, such as vacant land, do not have street addresses and an APN will be necessary to perform a search.
