  • Encouraging collaboration across programs with those we serve and our community partners

Our Core Values

  •  Integrity - Be open and honest, trustworthy, ethical, and fair

  •  Dignity - Treat all persons with respect and recognize that belief in their potential can have a tremendous impact

  •  Excellence - Provide quality, integrated, sustainable, data-driven, and innovative public service

  •  Accountability - Take ownership, be transparent, monitor organizational effectiveness, and be result driven

  •  Leadership - Be personally responsible and a positive example for others

Serving our Clients With Safety in Mind

As we strive to keep our families, clients, and employees safe, we’ve ensured that there are many ways to obtain services that do not require an in-person visit.

  These options include:

  • For Benefits programs, use the online portal BenefitsCal.org

  • Calling our Call Center or various programs

  • Drop off documents using our multiple drop boxes

We also provide in-person services to clients, including:

  • Emergency services for all programs

  • Clients with communication barriers that prevent successful phone service

  • Program requirements for in-person verification, finger printing or signatures

  • Document pick up for clients with a scheduled appointment

Please call the call center to schedule an appointment or pick up the courtesy phone to speak to a worker.
