For Persons with Disabilities:
Under state and federal law, no qualified individual with a disability shall, by reason of such disability, be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of services, programs, or activities of a public entity, or be subjected to discrimination by any such entity. The County of Kings is committed to ensuring that all qualified individuals with disabilities have equal and full access to the elections system. If special accommodation is needed, the County can provide aids and services, like assistive listening devices.
