The Kings County Fire Department is deeply invested in the communities that will produce the next professional firefighters. We have working relationships with career development programs and encourage anyone interested in becoming a firefighter to reach out to these programs. We also have a Volunteer program that affords individuals the opportunity to serve their community, experience the fire service, and develop a real passion for the fire service!
