Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA)
RCA provides cash assistance to qualified refugees, including Asylees, Cuban/Haitians, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, certain Humanitarian Parolees, Amerasians, and Certified Victims of Human Trafficking. RCA also includes employment and other social services to assist a refugee in becoming self-sufficient.

How to apply for RCA:
- Online: Go to BenefitsCal.org
- In Person: Visit one of the Kings County Department of Human Services offices located in Hanford, Corcoran, or Avenal. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
