Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) will replace paper timesheets and you will be required to submit your timesheets one of the following ways:

• Online using the Electronic Service Portal (ESP) at: https://www.etimesheets.ihss.ca.gov . The ESP supports any device with internet access to allow you to electronically submit your IHSS/WPCS timesheets.
• By Phone using the Telephone Timesheet System (TTS).  If you do not have access to the internet or do not want to use the internet, TTS is an automated telephone system that allows you to submit your IHSS/WPCS timesheet using a landline or mobile telephone.  To register for TTS dial: 1-833-342-5388 

Enrolling in ESP will also allow you to:  

• View your payment status and history
• Request supplemental timesheets
• Sign-up for and make changes to your Direct Deposit
• Submit Sick Leave Claims
