Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of the panel is to hear appeals from actions taken by the Local Enforcement Agency on issues arising out of solid waste permits.

Membership Composition

The panel shall consist of three (3) members:
• One (1) member of the Board of Supervisors
• One (1) member shall be a technical expert selected for legal, administrative, or technical abilities
• One (1) member shall be a County at large representative
