B.Public Health Department: 1.Consider authorizing the Department of Public Health to waive the ten-dollar administrative fee for flu vaccines offered to Kings County residents via community vaccination events and for clients who are uninsured or underinsured, until all State provided free flu vaccines are distributed, retroactively effective from September 20, 2024. 2.Consider approving the third amendment with Great Valley Holdings, LLC extending the lease term for the Women, Infants, and Children program facilities in Hanford effective October 8, 2024 through June 30, 2027. C.Sheriff’s Office: 1.a.Consider approving an Agreement with the California Department of Parks and Recreation for the Boating Safety and Enforcement Equipment Grant through September 30, 2040; b.Declare the 2002 Woolridge patrol vessel and its included equipment as surplus property; c.Authorize the sale of surplus equipment at public auction; d.Adopt the budget change.
