CONSENT CALENDAR A.Agricultural Department: 1.Consider approving the Cooperative Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the County’s Fruit and Vegetable Inspection Program retroactively effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. 2.Consider approving the Cooperative Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the County’s Organic Inspection Program retroactively effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. B.Assessor/Clerk/Recorder: 1.Consider adopting the Resolution for the participation in the Electronic Recording Delivery Act of 2004 for the implementation of an Electronic Recording Delivery System with Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Deigo Counties to provide the Statewide Electronic Courier Universal Recording Environment electronic delivery system of recordable documents. C.Human Resources: 1.a.Consider approving the revised job specification for Planner IV; b.Set the salary at Range 242.5 ($6,713 - $8,195 monthly). D.Probation Department: 1.Consider approving the Kings County Probation Department’s Electronic Monitoring System program and the rules and regulations governing the program for fiscal year 2024-25. E.Administration: 1.Consider authorization to be added to a coalition letter with Fresno, Madera, and Tulare Counties urging Governor Newsom to include language in the State’s 2024-25 final budget that would help create coordinated strategies for development of energy transmission and distribution infrastructure in the Central Valley. VI.
