B.District Attorney’s Office: 1.Consider temporarily suspending Personnel Rule 13051 for the District Attorney’s Office and authorize the District Attorney to hire qualified prospective attorneys to include the newly created Senior Deputy District Attorney and Supervising Deputy District Attorney positions up to step 5 without requiring County Administrative Officer or Board approval through June 1, 2024.
