Consider approving the Cooperative Agreement with the California Department of Food and Agriculture for the County’s Fruit and Vegetable Inspection program retroactively effective from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. B. Behavioral Health Department: 1. a. Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding with California Correctional Health Care Services to allow for the timely and secure transfer of patient-inmate medical records effective upon execution through three years from date of execution; b. Authorize the Director of Behavioral Health to approve changes to the authorized users approved through this Agreement when staffing changes occur. C. Probation Department: 1. a. Consider authorizing the Probation Department to purchase ten Generation 3 Glock 22 .40 caliber firearms and ten Generation 3 Glock 23 .40 caliber firearms for the purposes of on-duty carry from the ProForce Law Enforcement Company; b. Adopt the budget change. (4/5 vote required) D. Public Health Department: 1. a. Consider approving the Agreement with the Aria Community Health Center for COVID-19 prevention and intervention services effective upon execution through June 30, 2024; b. Adopt the budget change. Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding with Kings Community Action Organization, Region IX, Migrant/Seasonal and Early Head Start Programs for preventative and treatment resources effective upon execution through June 30, 2026. Consider approving the funding Agreement with the Santa Rosa Rancheria Tachi-Yokut tribe to help prevent the spread of disease, promote health, and address social determinants of health within the Tachi-Yokut community effective upon execution through June 30, 2024; b. Consider approving the corrected Salary Resolution which reflects recommended and previously authorized classification and salary changes, and the adjustment of salary bands two, three, and four.
