B.Human Resources: 1.Consider approving the amended By-Laws for the Kings County Deferred Compensation Oversight Committee. C.Public Works Department: 1.a.Consider approving the Plans and Specifications for the Burris Park and Hickey Park Playground Shade Project; b.Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise the project. C.Human Resources – Carolyn Leist/Danyele Leap/Adrian Lambing 1.Consider approving the updated County Policy 10-1, Federal Tax Information. 2.a.Consider approving the new job specification for Water, Solar, and Natural Resources Manager and set the salary at Range 253.0 ($7,455-$9,095 monthly); b.Allocate 1.0 Full-Time Equivalency position in Budget Unit 111000. 3.Information Only - Competition for the Undersheriff and Assistant Sheriff positions have been suspended by the Human Resources Director. Effective April 3, 2023 (Pay Period 08-2023), David Putnam and Robert Thayer have been appointed to Undersheriff, and Rick Bradford has been appointed to Assistant Sheriff. D.Public Health Department – Rose Mary Rahn/Heather Silva 1.Consider adopting the Resolution proclaiming the Week of April 11-17, 2023, as Black Maternal Health Week. VI.
