CONSENT CALENDAR A.Department of Finance: 1.a.Consider approving the Professional Services Agreement with GovEase to conduct an internet tax sale; b.Approve the Agreement with Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) for pre-bid deposits and payment settlement. B.Human Services Agency: 1.Consider adopting a modified Resolution for the Transitional Housing Program authorizing the application for and acceptance of the program allocation. 2.Consider adopting a modified Resolution for the Housing Navigators Program authorizing the application for and acceptance of the program allocation. C.Public Health Department: 1.a.Consider approving the addition of 1.0 FTE Fiscal Specialist position into budget unit 411300; b.Approve the addition of 1.0 FTE Program Manager position into budget unit 411300; c.Approve the addition of 1.0 FTE Microbiologist position into budget unit 411300; d.Adopt the budget change. C.Public Works Department - Dominic Tyburski/Mitchel Cabrera 1.Consider awarding the construction contract to Harris Development Corp., dba Harris Enterprises for the Burris Park and Hickey Park site improvement project. 2.a.Consider approving the Plans and Specifications for the State Route 41 pedestrian crossing and pathway improvements; b.Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise the project.
