CONSENT CALENDAR A.Behavioral Health Department: 1.Consider adopting a Resolution authorizing the Director of Behavioral Health to sign the Grant Agreement with the California Health Facilities Finance Authority for the investment in mental health wellness grant program for children and youth. B.Fire Department: 1.a.Consider approving the Fire Department to accept the 2022 Emergency Management Performance Grant; b.Adopt a Resolution designating the Fire Chief, or the County Administrative Officer, or the Assistant County Administrative Officer to execute all grant documents. 2.a.Consider approving the Fire Department to accept the 2022 Homeland Security Program; b.Adopt a Resolution designating the Fire Chief, or the County Administrative Officer, or the Assistant County Administrative Officer to execute all grant documents. C.Public Works Department: 1.Consider approving the Right of Entry Agreement with River Ranch Farms, LLC to access the site to perform the services specified in the Right of Entry Agreement. D.Sheriff’s Office: 1.a.Consider adopting a Resolution authorizing participation in the Alcohol Policing Partnership grant; b.Authorize the Sheriff to sign the Grant Agreement; c.Adopt the budget change.
