B.Behavioral Health Department: 1.Consider approving the Agreement with Evalcorp for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 to complete the Mental Health Services Act Three Year Program and Expenditure Plan, and the Annual Update for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 retroactively effective from July 1, 2022, though June 30, 2024. 2.Consider approving the Agreement with Mental Health Systems, Incorporated for Assertive Community Treatment Full Service Partnership services retroactively effective from June 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
