E.Public Health Department – Rose Mary Rahn 1.Receive an update on the local emergency in Kings County due to the imminent and proximate threat of exposure of COVID-19 on the residents of the County of Kings and take action as deemed necessary. VII.10:00 AMPUBLIC HEARING A.Community Development Agency – Chuck Kinney/Noelle Tomlinson 1.Conduct a Public Hearing to receive public testimony regarding Tentative Partial Cancellation of Land Conservation “Williamson Act” Contract No. 1679; 2.Find that the findings for the Tentative Partial Cancellation can be made pursuant to Government Section Code 51282. 3.Adopt Resolution No. 22-060 for tentative approval. If the Board authorizes Resolution No. 22-060, the following actions are also required: a.Direct staff to work with the Clerk of the Board to record the tentative partial cancellation of Land Conservation “Williamson Act” Contract No. 1679; b.Direct staff to make the required notifications to the Petitioner and the California Department of Conservation and to make the required recordings with the County Clerk Recorder’s Office; c.Direct staff to bring the project back to the Board for Final Action when all Preliminary Conditions have been met.
