Pursuant to AB 361, and as advised by local Health Officials, the Kings County Board of Supervisors, County staff and interested members of the public may attend the meeting in person. Consider appointing Eugene Ornellas and John Camara as Trustees of the Lemoore Cemetery District to a term ending the first Monday of January 2026. B. District Attorney: 1. a. Consider authorizing Purchasing Manager to sign the Purchase order for one (1) full size Toyota Sequoia SUV; and b. Adopt the budget change. (4/5 Vote Required) C. Human Services Agency: 1. Consider approving the renewal Agreement with Kings Community Action Organization to provide Medi-Cal outreach and assistance for the Medi-Cal Health Enrollment Navigators Project retroactively effective January 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. 2. Consider approving the Agreement with MDW Credit Solutions for the provision of Financial Literacy and Credit Repair services with a budget amount of $603,750 for the period of February 8, 2022, through February 7, 2023. Receive an update on the local emergency in Kings County due to the imminent and proximate threat of exposure of COVID-19 on the residents of the County of Kings and take action as deemed necessary.
