Pursuant to AB 361, and as advised by local Health Officials, the Kings County Board of Supervisors, County staff and interested members of the public may attend the meeting in person. Consider authorizing the Community Development Agency Director or their designee to sign an Agreement with AM Consulting Engineers, Inc. (AMCE) for engineering consulting services for the Lemoore Mobile Home Park Wastewater Project. B. County Counsel: 1. Consider appointing Loretta Toledo and Deborah Wilson as Trustees of the Hanford Cemetery District to serve an additional four-year term expiring the first Monday of January 2026. C. Human Services Agency/Behavioral Health/Probation Department: 1. Consider approving the Kings County Assembly Bill 2083 Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of an interagency system of care between Human Services Agency, Behavioral Health, Probation Department, Kings County Office of Education, and the Central Valley Regional Center retroactively effective from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. D. Public Health Department: 1. Consider authorizing the Health Director to sign the Agreement between the Kings County California Children’s Services/Medical Therapy Program and the Special Education Local Plan Area. E. Public Works Department: 1. a. Consider authorizing the Public Works Director to submit an application to the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for the New Alternative Fuel Vehicle Purchase Grant; and b. Authorize the Public Works Director to sign all grant related documents. V. REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS A. Assessor/Clerk/Recorder – Kristine Lee 1. a. Consider approving the Agreement with Albert Ramseyer to represent the Assessor, Kristine Lee; and b. Adopt the budget change. (4/5 Vote Required) B. Human Resources – Henie Ring 1. a. Consider approving the new job specification for Emergency Services Manager and set the salary at Range 233.0 ($6,108 - $7,455 monthly); and b. Allocate a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) position in Budget Unit 243000. C. Public Health Department –Heather Silva 1. Consider approving the Amendment with Kings Community Action Organization for continued administration of the Kings Cares Essential Workforce Support Program, extending the maximum compensation amount to $750,000. 2. Receive an update on the local emergency in Kings County due to the imminent and proximate threat of exposure of COVID-19 on the residents of the County of Kings and take action as deemed necessary. VI. STUDY SESSION A. Administration – Edward Hill/Domingo Cruz/Matthew Boyett Review of the draft 2022 State and Federal Legislative Platform for the County of Kings. B. Administration – Edward Hill/Kyria Martinez Study Session on American Rescue Plan Act funding. VII.
